Genesis DNA Insights (“we” or the “Service”) is a mobile DNA testing service based in Indianapolis. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations for using our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using our Service, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using our Service.

What We Offer

Our Service provides mobile DNA testing and related services to individuals in Indianapolis. We offer a convenient and confidential way to collect and analyze DNA samples, providing valuable insights into your genetic makeup.

Creating an Account

To use our Service, you’ll need to create a user account (“Account”). When setting up your Account, please ensure the information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account, including your password.

Appointments and Payments

Appointments and payments are managed through Square, a trusted third-party service provider. By booking an appointment or making a payment through our Service, you agree to Square’s terms of service and privacy policy, which can be found on their website.

Commission Tracking

For affiliates participating in our program, we use GoAffPro, another third-party service provider, to monitor and track commissions earned. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to GoAffPro’s terms of service and privacy policy.

DNA Testing and Results

Our DNA testing services aim to provide users with genetic information and insights. However, it’s important to understand that our Service is not intended for medical or diagnostic purposes. The DNA testing results provided are for informational purposes only and should not be used to make medical decisions.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in our Service (the “Service”) are owned by Genesis DNA Insights. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

How to Use Our Service

We reserve the right to terminate your Account or access to our Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to access our Service, and any data or content associated with your Account may be deleted.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, excluding any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.  

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of our Service after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
